These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases from our store, together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information.

3. Product Information

Lypophreny specializes in plates. Product listings describe the relevant materials, dimensions, designs, quantities, package contents, prices, and available options.

Please check whether a listing is for an individual plate or a set before ordering. Styling accessories shown in photographs are included only when expressly listed in the product description.

Product appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, and screen settings. These variations do not excuse products that are materially different from their description or defective.

4. Product Use and Care

Follow the care instructions provided for your specific product.

Suitability for food contact, microwaves, ovens, dishwashers, or other uses should be determined from the relevant product listing and instructions. Do not assume that every plate has the same care requirements.

Handle ceramic items carefully. Do not continue using a plate that is cracked, chipped, or broken, and avoid handling sharp fragments.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for defective or unsafe products under applicable law.

5. Prices, Currency, and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your selected market or checkout. Please review the currency and total amount before authorizing payment.

Shipping charges, taxes collected at checkout, and applicable discounts will be shown before payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply separate currency-conversion or international transaction fees.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through the provider supporting your selected payment method.

Changes to advertised prices apply to future purchases and do not alter the agreed price of an accepted order without your agreement.

6. Orders and Availability

Please provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.

An automated order receipt acknowledges that we have received your order. We may need to verify payment, availability, or order details before confirming acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or a material listing error.

If a correction would materially change your purchase, we will explain the issue and seek your agreement before proceeding. We will not charge an additional amount without your authorization.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Order processing, shipping charges, supported destinations, tracking, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Processing time is separate from transit time. Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier operations, customs, holidays, weather, or address issues.

If a shipment is delayed, missing, incomplete, or damaged, contact support@lypophreny.com with your order number.

Delivery estimates and carrier involvement do not remove any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.

For a standard change-of-mind return, plates must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with the original product packaging and included items.

Eligible returns within the return window qualify for free return shipping through the arrangements provided by our support team. Please contact us before purchasing return postage or sending an item back.

Different rights may apply to damaged, defective, incorrect, or misdescribed items. Our voluntary return conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

This address is used for returns and is separate from our company’s registered business address. It does not indicate where orders are dispatched from.

Sending an item to the warehouse does not automatically establish eligibility for a refund.

10. Cancellations and Order Changes

To request a cancellation, address correction, or other order change, contact support@lypophreny.com as soon as possible.

Your request is not confirmed until we notify you of its outcome. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after processing begins or the order has shipped.

If we confirm a cancellation after payment has been collected, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method.

These procedures do not limit any statutory cancellation rights.

11. Customer Accounts and Personal Information

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and providing current contact information.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us promptly.

We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send passwords, complete payment-card numbers, or card security codes by email.
